Re Branch Meeting.

 Notice is hereby given that a Branch Meeting is to be held on Sunday 18th March, 2018 to elect office bearers for the Sri Petaling Branch of the Malaysian Ceylonese Congress. Details for the meeting are as follows:

Date: 18th March 2018  Day: Sunday   Time: 10.30am 

Venue: Malaysian Ceylonese National Community Centre,

No 15, Jalan 18/16, Taman Kanagapuram, Petaling jaya, Selangor. 

Programme: 10am-10.30am: Arrival and Registration 
                                                 of members and guests.

                        10.30 am: Welcome  speech by K Thiruselvam 
                                         : Speech by the National President / Representative

Agenda:  To receive and adopt Minutes of the 3rd Biennial general meeting held on 13th June 2010.

                  To receive and adopt the audited accounts of years ended 31.12.2008 and  31.12.2009.

                  To elect Office Bearers for the term of March 2018 to February 2020. 

                      1. A Chairman

                      2. A Vice Chairman

                      3. A Hon Secretary

                      4. An Asst Hon Secretary

                      5. A Treasurer

                      6. At least six but not more than Ten Council members.

                      7. A Chair or Vice Chair or Hon Sec of Women’s Section.

                      8. A Chair or Vice Chair or Hon Sec of Youth Section.

                      9. Two Internal Auditors.

All members of the Branch are eligible to attend.  Thank You.
