Re Branch Meeting.

 Notice is hereby given that a Branch Meeting is to be held on 26^th April 2015 to elect office bearers for the Sri Petaling Branch of the Malaysian Ceylonese Congress. Details for the meeting are as follows:

Date: 26^th April.2015   Day: Sunday   Time: 2pm-5pm

Venue: Lot 33-01-05, WMTC; Grd Floor, Villa Scott Condo, Jln Scott, Brickfields.

Programme: 2pm -2.30pm Arrival and Registration
                                                 of members and guests.

                        2.30pm  Welcome  speech
                                        by K Thiruselvam
                       2.45pm  Speech by the National President
                                      / Representative

Agenda: To elect by secret ballot the Office Bearers

                      1. A Chairman

                      2. A Vice Chairman

                      3. A Hon Secretary

                      4. An Asst Hon Secretary

                      5. A Treasurer

                      6. At least six but not more than Ten Council members.

                      7. A Chair or Vice Chair or Hon Sec of Women’s Section.

                      8. A Chair or Vice Chair or Hon Sec of Youth Section.

                      9. Two Internal Auditors.

All members of the Branch are eligible to attend.  Thank You.
